Terms
This page describes how Laplytix actually operates today. It is written in plain language, not by a lawyer, and should be reviewed by one before this product is offered publicly at scale.
Your footage, your data
You own what you upload. You’re giving Laplytix permission to store and process it in order to run the analysis and show it back to you — nothing more, and nothing is used for any other purpose without your say.
What you share is your choice
Nothing you upload is public. A linked coach can open the sessions you share with them, and you can stop sharing a session, or remove the coach, at any time from your account. A coach–driver link requires the other side to accept it — inviting someone does not grant access on its own.
Billing
Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no partial refund is given for the unused remainder.
The analysis is a guide
Lap times, corner findings and every reading are computed from your camera’s own GPS and motion sensors — a genuinely useful guide, not a certified measurement, and not a substitute for your own judgement on track.
Acceptable use
Don’t upload footage you don’t have the right to use, and don’t use the product to try to identify or contact another driver without their consent.
