Questions
What counts as a session?
One outing on track, even when your camera split it into several files. Re-analysing a session you already have does not count again.
Does my coach need a paid plan?
No. Coaching tools are free while Laplytix is in beta, and a driver on any plan can share sessions with their coach.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. A paid plan renews until you cancel, and you keep it to the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my sessions if I move to Free?
Nothing is deleted the moment you change plan. From then on, sessions older than 30 days age out, as they do on Free.
